Playing to a Packed House!

This is our inaugural Minecrafter camp, and we couldn't be more excited! We've filled the computer lab at Santa Lucia with teachers, students and parents, and we'll be crafting and mining for two fun-filled, educational (shhhh! don't tell the kids) days.
Starting on the 20th, we'll be posting about all the excitement at camp: videos, screenshots, interviews, and more. So check back often to see just how much fun we're having!

Well I've played this a few times in creative mode, so I am not a complete no experience beginner, but I still haven't figured out how to build stuff yet. I can place torches! I'd love to build some of the ancient landmarks for the kids to explore, but I work better and faster with Legos! I hope I learn some tricks, cheats, and shortcuts!

I agree with Max! Great job with the varied levels of expertise on this game. Thank you for the patience with us while we learn. Thank goodness there are plenty of young pros to handle us all. Kudos to presenters John, Chris and Joe! I can't wait for survival mode tomorrow!
